Jacqueline Donovan was born and raised in North Carolina and has spent her entire life in either Wake or Franklin County. She is the proud mother of three adult sons and an even prouder grandmother—affectionately known as Yaya—to four wonderful grandchildren. Recently, Jackie and her husband welcomed two Pyredoodles, Phoebe and Chandler, who are now three years old.
With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jackie’s journey began as a North Carolina Certified Real Estate Paralegal. While working in a law firm preparing real estate closing transactions, she also earned her North Carolina Real Estate License in her spare time. After a decade behind the desk, Jackie discovered her true passion was not in drafting paperwork, but out in the field, helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams.
Driven by her own dream, Jackie founded her real estate company, Carolina Life Realty LLC. Her unique blend of expertise—as a Real Estate Paralegal, Agent, and lifelong local—provides her clients with an unparalleled set of skills and knowledge. Her deep familiarity with the area, combined with over two decades as a real estate agent, allows her to anticipate the unexpected and expertly guide her clients through every step of the buying or selling process.
As a former paralegal, Jackie handled thousands of real estate transactions, giving her a comprehensive understanding of contracts, offers, and closings.
