JACQUELINE DONOVAN was born and raised in North Carolina, and has lived in either Wake of Franklin County her entire life. She is the proud mother of three adult sons, and the immensely proud grandmother (Yaya) to four wonderful grandchildren. Most recently Jackie and her husband are the proud parents to Pyredoodles, Phoebe and Chandler, now three years old.
Jackie has over 30 years of real estate experience; beginning her career as a North Carolina Certified Real Estate Paralegal, while acquiring her North Carolina Real Estate License in her spare time. After a decade in a law firm preparing clients’ real estate closing transactions, she decided that her passion was not sitting behind a desk drafting paperwork, but out in the field helping buyers and/or sellers realize their dreams.
Jackie also had a dream which was to open her Real Estate Company. With her experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, Real Estate Agent and native to the area, gives her a unique set of skills and experience not many Real Estate Agents can offer.
Having been a Real Estate Agent for over 20 years has given her ability to see and done it all. She has learned to expect the unexpected. Her knowledge of how to navigate all aspects of the Real Estate buying and selling process means you are in good hands and rest assured Jackie will find how to get things done
As a Real Estate Paralegal: Jackie handled thousands of real estate transaction. Her skills understanding contract writing, offers and closings are crucial when you buy or sell a home. The paperwork needed to buy or sell a home is what Jackie takes the time to complete thoroughly and making sure all I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed.
Having been born and raised in Franklin County, Jackie knows the different areas and what they offer, but she will be able to hone in on the areas where home buyers should be looking. Having this local first hand knowledge does not come overnight, Jackie knows the area like the back of her hand.
When not working tirelessly, Jackie loves to spend time with her grandchildren, gardening, baking and crafting and traveling together with her husband.
